Nerikomi Cup

Like a fragment of stone shaped by water and time, this cup reveals flowing layers of clay that move across its surface in organic, marbled patterns. Each line is formed through the Nerikomi technique, where coloured clays are carefully combined, making every piece entirely unique.

The cylindrical form feels quiet and grounded, while the swirling surface invites a closer look no two views are ever the same.

Handcrafted by Alexie Peña Kim using the Nerikomi technique. Stoneware, glazed interior and exterior. Approximate capacity: 200ml. One of a kind. Slight variations and traces of the making process are part of the piece’s character.
