1.2. All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in size, colour, and finish are part of their unique character.

2.2. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We currently ship only within the European Union (EU). Orders are dispatched from Vienna, Austria.

3.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3.3. Delivery times typically range between 5–10 business days but may vary depending on the destination.

3.4. Studio May is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors beyond our control.

3.5. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged, see Section 4 for information on returns and refunds.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

4.2. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4.3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused during shipping.
